THE BELLAMY BROTHERS: THE LOVE STILL FLOWS…
Howard and David continue to prove that the trail they’ve ridden to fame has been as unique as their music itself – music that is now celebrating over 40 years of success. Other hits include: “If I Said You Had A Beautiful Body (Would You Hold It Against Me),” “Dancing Cowboys,” “Sugar Daddy,” “You Ain’t Just Whistlin’ Dixie,” “Lovers Live Longer,” and many more.

Troupe America has been “serving up” entertainment since 1987. Now the beloved Church Basement Ladies are at it again. In the 9th installment of the highly successful series, the year is 1975 and all your favorite characters are back! These musicals are inspired by the book and writings of Janet Letnes Martin and Suzann Nelson, the authors of “Growing Up Lutheran.” The book for the show is written by Greta Grosch and the music and lyrics are created by Dennis Curley.
Returning to The Reif, the theater will be “bubbling over” with fun and laughter. Whether this is your first visit to the basement or you’ve seen ‘em all, you won’t want to miss this brand new show. Come along as the ladies don their polyester pantsuits and sing, dance and laugh their way thru this hilarious and touching new musical, PLOWIN’ THRU.

Venue Change! The Lonestar event scheduled for Thursday, September 29, has been moved from an outside event to an inside event. With temps forecasted to take dip, we opted to make this move for the comfort of our guests and artists. Instead of the IRA Pavillion, the event will now be held inside The Reif in our Wilcox Auditorium. It will still be a general admission event so your current tickets are valid and you are welcome to sit in any seat. We have ample space in our 704 seat theater. Our address is 720 NW Conifer Drive, Grand Rapids, MN.
What’s changed?
- We are adding pre-show music at no additional cost--from 5pm to 6:30pm we’ll have live entertainment in our lobby on our Fireside Music stage
- Instead of brats and hot dogs for sale, we are now offering a soup dinner that includes soup, breadstick, dessert and a soda or water all for just $10 (proceeds benefit youth arts in our community); we will also have regular snacks and concessions for sale
- Because our primary theater is on school property, we cannot serve or sell alcohol
- “Door Times” are now 6:30pm instead of 6:00pm (this is the earliest time you can enter the theater to pick your seats)
- With cushioned seating and elevated viewing, your concert experience just got an upgrade!
What hasn’t changed?
- Your tickets are still valid—no need to change them out
- Show time remains at 7:00pm
- You’re still going to see all the hits from one of country’s best vocal groups of all time (and be a lot warmer doing it)
What if I have questions?

Lonestar
Not every musician has the opportunity to revisit and even potentially improve upon their biggest hits. But on the forthcoming TEN to 1 record, the award-winning band Lonestar—Dean Sams (keyboards, acoustic guitar, background vocals), Michael Britt (lead guitarist, background vocals ), Keech Rainwater (drums) and Drew Womack (lead vocals, guitar)—are taking a fresh look at all 10 of their chart-topping country songs.
This streak started in 1996 with the band's second single, the rock-edged "No News," and continued with the following year's "Come Cryin' to Me" and “Everything’s Changed.” The band's quadruple-platinum 1999 album Lonely Grill spawned four No. 1 hits (including the beloved global smash "Amazed") and established Lonestar as music's preeminent pop-country band—a status they'd maintain through the 2000s and beyond.
With these re-recordings, the band members were mindful of striking a balance between preserving the sonic elements fans were familiar with—and not repeating them. Fittingly, TEN to 1 record reflects the ways Lonestar's hits have evolved over the years during the band's rousing, high-energy concerts. Such talent has contributed to the band winning many of music’s top honors, including Academy Of Country Music awards for New Vocal Group in 1996, Single and Song Of The Year in 2000, along with Humanitarian Of The Year in 2002. They also won Country Music Association's Vocal Group of the Year and International Artist Achievement award in 2001. All told, Lonestar have sold more than 10.5 million records since their formation.
With the release of TEN to 1 record, the band members are full of gratitude for what they've accomplished already, and excited about what the future holds. "It's amazing that we're still standing and putting on great shows after all these years," Sams says. "The fans are still coming out to our shows night after night, to see us and hear our music. That's almost 30 years of touring, and I can't tell you how grateful I am—and I've never once taken it for granted."

The legendary Glenn Miller Orchestra from New-York will perform one day only as they tour the world, bringing timeless classics like In the Mood, Moonlight Serenade, Chattanooga Choo Choo, Pennsylvania 6-5000, String of Pearls and Tuxedo Junction back to the stage. Even 80 years after founding his famous orchestra, Glenn Miller’s music is alive and well.
On what promises to be a memorable concert, 18 musicians and singers will bring the unforgettable Glenn Miller sound to The Reif, performing timeless songs that everyone remembers. This is a must-see show for jazz and swing fans alike or incurable romantics who want to step back in time. The legendary Glenn Miller was the most successful of all the dance bandleaders back in the Swing era of the 1930s and 1940s.

For over 30 years The Peking Acrobats redefined audience perception of Chinese acrobatics. They perform daring maneuvers atop a precarious pagoda of chairs and display their technical prowess at such arts as trick-cycling, precision tumbling, juggling, somersaulting, and gymnastics. They push the limits of human ability, defying gravity with amazing displays of contortion, flexibility, and control. They are often accompanied by live musicians who skillfully play traditional Chinese instruments; the time-honored Chinese music coalesces with high-tech special effects and awe-inspiring acrobatic feats, creating an exuberant entertainment event with the festive pageantry of a Chinese Carnival.
